Privacy
This policy covers megawattacres.com, published by The Dream View Co., Ltd. (Chalong, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket, Thailand). It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
- Land submissions (/list-your-land/): the parcel's location, size, use, what you know about power, water and fiber, your timeline, your name, email and optional phone number and notes.
- Site requests (/find-a-site/): load, timing, regions, acreage, power preferences, company, name, role and work email.
- Technical data: the page the form was sent from, the time it was shown (used to filter automated spam) and, transiently, your IP address for rate limiting. Our host keeps standard server logs.
Why
Only to answer you and, where you agree, to arrange introductions between landowners and developers. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not add you to newsletters.
Who sees it
- Our team. Submissions are delivered to us through a private Telegram chat and, as a fallback, by email (Resend).
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes requests and logs as part of running the site.
- A developer or landowner only after you have agreed in writing to that specific introduction. We never publish a parcel or an owner's name.
Analytics and cookies
At the moment the site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. A theme preference you choose is stored in your own browser only. If we add analytics, this section will say so before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Submissions that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Where an introduction or transaction happens, we keep the records the law requires for that transaction.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Reply to any email from us, or send a note through either form saying "delete my details". We act within 30 days.
