For developers, hyperscalers and neoclouds
Our supply comes from owners who contact us directly — farmers, ranchers, family trusts and industrial owners who have not listed with a broker. Send the load and the regions; we come back with parcels that fit, or tell you we have none.
What a useful brief contains
- Load and ramp. Initial MW and full build-out. A 20 MW edge site and a 1 GW campus need completely different substations.
- Energization date. This decides whether only existing headroom counts or a new transmission-level substation is realistic.
- Regions you rule out. Counties with a moratorium, ISOs you avoid, water-stressed basins. We keep the restrictions list current.
- Power strategy. Grid only, or open to on-site generation as a bridge.
How we work with you
- Your requirements stay confidential. Owners see an anonymised brief unless you agree otherwise.
- We screen each parcel before it reaches you: substation and line proximity, utility, local restrictions, flood zone, access.
- Introductions happen only with the owner's written consent, so every parcel you see is one the owner has agreed to discuss.
- Our fee is agreed in writing before the first introduction. Disclosure.
